ORDERS AND TRACKING

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order in the Order Tracking page.

Do I need to register online before placing an order?

No, you do not need to register before placing an order, you can simply proceed with a guest checkout and register later.

How can I change the details of my account?

Simply visit My Account and edit your details under ‘Account Details’ in the left sidebar menu.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the quick turn-around time of our orders, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Do sold out items ever get restocked?

Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. You may contact your local Fairweather store for availability.

What methods of payment does Fairweather accept?

We accept payment by credit card, which includes Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Visa-Debit, Mastercard-Debit and PayPal for your convenience.

There is an error in the shipping address I provided. How do I change it?

Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can modify your shipping information.

I haven’t received my package yet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact Canada Post directly to investigate further.

What is your Return Policy for items purchased in-store?

Any item(s) purchased in-store cannot be refunded. However, we are pleased to offer you an exchange on any purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date. Please note that items only qualify for exchange if they are unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), and have the original tags attached. The original receipt must also be presented at the time of exchange.

How do I redeem my Gift Card online?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept gift card redemption for online orders.

How do I check the balance of my Gift Card online?
